Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to digital meal plan packages purchased from Econeckpure through econeckpure.ddd.
Digital Product Nature
Our meal plan packages are delivered digitally, including recipe access, grocery lists, prep schedules, and tool configurations. Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
- You have not accessed or downloaded the plan content
- The plan was purchased directly through our website
Refund requests that meet these criteria will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available when:
- Plan content has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
- The purchase was made through a third-party platform not operated by us
- You changed your mind after customizing a plan through our interactive tools
Plan Modifications
If you are unsatisfied with your plan configuration, you may adjust preferences using our Architect and Exclusions tools before the plan cycle begins. Contact us if you need assistance modifying an active plan.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund if a billing error is confirmed.
Subscription Cancellations
If you have a recurring weekly plan subscription, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period.
